🍵 Preparation
Bring 5 cups of water to a boil.
Add the entire 1 oz pouch and stir well. Reduce to a medium boil, cover, and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and keep covered. Allow the tea to steep for 12 hours, then transfer to a clean container and refrigerate.
Natural herbal sediment may occur. Stir or shake before serving.

Enjoy 3 fl oz up to three times daily.
Traditionally taken on an empty stomach (30 minutes before meals)
